Final Day

Well, today I woke up at 12pm made myself a sandwich w/ hot spicy noodle! love that stuff! Ate all that while watching 'The Fugitive' didn't watch the whole thing, but a good close to an hour. Then I went downstairs on my comp and surfed the movie sites a bit. At 1:20p Tom came and we went to CC practice in school. We did some hill running and then played a new 'marker game' I dont really care to explain it. Yup, got back at about 4 and surfed the net again, ate a sandwich..then my mom came home and she cooked dinner, after that I watched a little bit of "Underworld" on HBO, it's nice they're finally showing it! but I had to go out and shovel the gravel a bit. Now I'm typing this entry. BtW, today the realter took off the 'sign' I think cuz his contract has expired so we're hiring a new one...damn, I hate all of this. Wish I didn't have to move anywhere.

But yeah, it's the final day of summer..hate to mention this, I've been avoiding this word all throughout the summer and this journal...but you can't escape it. School does start tomorrow, that means waking up at 6:30am FOR ME... >:( one of the biggest things I hate about school is that part..

I'm lucky though, on Thursday I'm flying to Washington D.C. to see my stepdad there and hang out at the ocean, yes the "Atlantic" Ocean :-) for 3 days, then 2 days hang out in Virginia. So it'll be like this extended summer break! Hooah!!

Don't know when I'll be going to sleep tonight, I don't feel like goin in early...we'll see I'll stay up til I'm tired, it's better to stay up and watch TV or surf the net than lying in bed and 'trying' to fall asleep, when you can't...

Oh how I hate school.

G'bye Summer 2004, it sure was a great summer. Many thanks go out to the people who got me out of the house. Alex, Tom, Bill...those three. Thanks a lot. I won't forget the times when I came over your house Alex, sleeping over, playing Tekken, watching Pirates of the Caribbean. Same with Tom, thanks a lot for taking me wakeboarding man, that was a blast for me - it was my first time doing that and it was hella lota fun. Also the sleepovers at your place! Me trying to fall asleep on that hard floor of yours, on that June night after we went to Hooters (for me, it was the first time) Yeah Tom, I couldn't fall asleep til 4am..good thing I moved to the couch. Thanks for inviting me to your bonfires. Those were a blast, the very first one I went to at your place was when Me, You, Alex and Steven were talkin by the fire til 3 or 4! Yeah then it rained and we watched Along Came Polly, ha!

Hey Bill, many thanks for always picking me up & Guy when we went to the movies on that Hot Friday NIGHT of every week! Hella fun! Some good comedies and movies overall this year! I remember when we hit up Denny's after we saw Spider-man 2, that was fun. I ate a big friggin BURGER ooh so good. And then again, recently this August after we watched Butterfly Effect at Alex house, we went to Denny's again - and it was their last night before they closed down. Thanks for paying for the meal, Alex. Very nice of you.

it was definitely my best summer yet, all because of those three people. They got me outside and places a lot. I thank for that, cause I had unbelievable amount of fun. It's too bad we never went to a 'Drive-In' movie theater that I planned..but we can still go cuz It's open til the end of September, although I don't really want to go anymore - 'cos going there in Summer time is the best!

If I'm still around in Mound by next Summer Drive-In will be our first priority.

For now, thanks a lot. And here's for Summer '05 There'll be some good frickin' movies coming out next Summer!!!!!!

Hooah! Igor, Out!

Sunday, August 29

Hi. it's me with a some updates on my life in the past few days =)

Starting with Saturday night, which was hella fun. My mom and a couple of her friends (and my friends) went to "St. Petersburg" restaurant to celebrate my mom's b-day. So much fun, the food was great. There was a stage for musicians to perform and some floor for people to dance on. Some hot chicks were in the restaurant also. My mom danced with her friends many times. Even my brothaz Veldan & Vernes lol went up there shee-yet. I didn't want to go there. Later on at like 11-ish at night I took the keys to the car and Veldan w/ Vernes went with me. I put on some Linkin Park and fooled around in the parking lot. I'd speed up, then do a sharp turn, or swerve rapidly, lol I think they had fun with me. (Shh. between us alright??? no tellin' mom :D)

- Now, for today...it was like a birthday party day "2" or somethin' lol we went to a restaurant again, this time it was a Grand Buffet. Pretty good! I ate a lot of shrimp (mm those are good, just thinkin' about em makes me wanna eat that again) I drank like 5+ glasses of PEPSI. I was on a roll haha. Yeah and this time it was less people, only 5 of us. My mom, me, and 3 other of my mom's friends. So after all the food, we went to their house and stayed there for a bit. I donno where they lived, but close to Edina. @ about 5+ we went to Edina to walk around in a really nice park which i don't know the name of! but I remember the park cuz I was there 4 years ago when I used to live in Bloomington. Park is right next to the AMC movie theater. So anyways we chilled there for about an hour or so. Then it got cold and we left. Got home at 6:55pm right on time for...

Olympics closing ceremony!!!! sad that it's over! but in two years - it's WINTER OLYMPICS hooah! bring it on Torino, Italy 2006. Lemme hear ya say "yaaaay-uh" =) Yes, the closing ceremony was really great. It's too bad that I missed the opening ceremony! I was fuckin watching AvP on that night...geez what a waste, if I knew AvP would be this fuckin bad I'd stay home and watch the opening ceremony - which my friend Veldan said was fuckin amazing. I remember watching Sydney 2000 opening ceremony and it was just great so I can imagine how badass Athens 2004 was! =)

But noone should be sad, in two years we get Winter olympics, and in two more years after that is Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics! Hooah..and hell naw I ain't giving up on this journal until 2008 olympics arrive Naaaa-uh! ;-) you sure as hell will see me still typing up shite about my life...and who knows maybe I'll write a damn book about my life using all these entries that I would have been wrote by 2008 ;-) Yeeeaaayuh, Life is beautiful! cherish that shite...

Hooah! Iggs, out!!!!1 =)

CC trip

Phew.. just got back today from St. Cloud, which was hella fun. So, Monday morning the whole CC team we all went to St. Cloud, but before that...we went to a park, early in the morning, like 9:40-ish..and ran 10 miles! damn it was an exhausting run. I took me about an hour to finish but I finally did. After that we all got on the bus and went to Monticello where we had lunch. Some prizes were given away and shite like dat - I also found out I can finally chew with my back teeth (after that time when I got my wisdom teeth out on Thursday) Finally we got on the bus and went to St. Cloud.

We got awesome hotel suites!!! it was an amazing place. We stayed at a Holiday Inn. They had everything there, pool, jacuzzi, hot tub, arcade, basketball court, volleyball...all that shite. Our room was on the second floor. There were 5 of us in our room. Me, Tom, Chris, Brian Hejna, and Alex Bussey. Our room number was 706, but we switched rooms cuz the room we got wasn't prepared, so we went to 720. Although I spent most of my time in room 714 Lol with Ben and other fellas, we hooked up a PS2 up to the TV and played games it was such a memorable night for me. This bonding 'trip' is a great idea.

At about 6p we went running again for 20 minutes, got back to the hotel and got pizzas. Soooooo goooooood!!! mmm, i ate 5 slices I was pretty hungry!

Later in the evening me and ben and chris and couple of other CC team guys went to a hot tub there we met some people and a hot chic, after that went and jumped into the pool and it was 10:30 I think when they were closing the pools and such. So we got out and left. I changed and went into Ben's room there we watched "From Dusk Til Dawn" at least the ending of it. I started watching it in my room with Tom when it started but then he left to play Poker, that's when I left the room also and went to the hot tub with Ben & Chris before it closed. Lol also we had two boxes of PIZZAs in the fridge! so we ate some more. My grapes were gone by then..frozen grapes are pretty damn good.

We watched some TV after From Dusk til Dawn ended, a show called "Dog Eat Dog" which had a hot fuckin host, and a contestant who got wet numerous times, and got hard nipples, it was fun to watch =) I played some PS2 also, I got really tired though at 1am and went to fuckin sleep - but here's what pissed me off big ass fuckin' time...when I was woken up by Chris and Brian - they turned on the TV...volume up, they were loud and obnoxious. I was so fuckin pissed off...wow. I woke up went into the living room sat on the fuckin chair for like 15 minutes+ until they clamed down.. It was gay shit. I shoulda went to Ben room had I known he didnt go to sleep til fuckin 6 am.

But yeah, I eventually feel asleep when I got back to my bed. The alarm went off at 8:15am. I got my clothes on and went to have breakfast. I had a 'low carb' omelet. Its good...t's GHOOOOOD.

Yeah, right now I feel kinda sad, cause I would want to stay there at the hotel with all those great people, having hella FUN. It was perfect. So, tomorrow we're having practice at 2, til 4. Coach Humbert said we need time to recover...cuz too much running u know. And yea almost forgot. I got two fuckin blisters on my feet from those new shoes I got.

Well, I think I'm done with this entry for today. Have fun all you who are reading this!!

The Paaaaaaaain

Aww fuck, just thinkin about it makes me ache in my teeth. Got my friggin wisdom teeth out, bottom ones, this whole past 4 days all I was thinking about is when I'm getting my wisdom teeth out. I even woke up today at like 5 am..couldn't fall asleep cuz I was tinkin about the surgery. It sucked. So, I got my teeth out at like 8-ish. they shot me with novocaine and everything went fuckin numb. The doc got my right bottom tooth out in like 10 seconds (which made me chuckle, cuz I felt happy) the one on the left sux'd cuz he took about 5-8 mins on it tryin to get it out. But i didn't feel shit.

Anyway, I asked them to give me the two teeth, I saved 'em..hehe

anyways it hurts, and I been spittin blood ever since the morning, but it stopped now. Went to CC practice, but didn't run.

I'm out though, fuck dis

.update.

Ok, so today I had to wake up very very very early, like 8:15 am (but it was worth it) and I got picked up by Tomas to go to CC, because the official season started. We had to warm up 12 minutes, then we ran an 800? two of them, or is that two of 400's, whatever. Which really wore me out. I couldn't do the rest of the running. I'm not used to sprinting so that sucked. So later, after practice we went back to the class and took some notes on food.

After that at 11:05, we left. (I got to do a little driving in Tom's car LOL on the parking lot...aight) Dropped off Ben, and Tom asked me if I wanted to chill at his. I said yea, sooo we went and got into a hot tub, which is really friggin nice. When I got out I was feeling weak - buuuut, later felt nice. Chris came, and Tom invited me to come with them to a Mexican food restaurant in Plymouth called "Chipotle" which was nice of him. Today we gotta go back to practice at 7pm, we will be in the gym. Lifting.

Aaalllright.

That's. Just. The Way. It Is.

had to paint the balcony today, took me almost whole day, cleaned around house and such. watched Speed 2: Cruise Control, lmao...i also put a reminder on "Enemy of the State" on FX (ch.27) gonna start at 6, damn, just looked at the time 5:23, so pretty soon. I'm gonna keep this entry very short, quite frankly I'm sick of typing shite here already.

Last night we were suppose to watch hellboy, but instead had a bonfire, there was bobby, some other kid, tom, alex, me, brandon, some girls and, bill came at 11:20-ish.. we were there til 12, and then everyone left. It was dissapointing night fer me. I wanna fuckin' watch Hellboy already dammit. Tom if you're reading this, lets fuckin' go!!! dang it.

Ok i'm out fuck the long entries -_-

nuthin' to do, whuut th' fuuu..

-_- so bored rite now. My mom friggin woke em up today at fuckin' 9am with her damn radio, some people came over to paint the house a different color and she wanted a radio for them to listen, so she constantly barged into my room...argh, then she turned on the stereo put in her russian music in which woke me up..seriousely no respect for her son. what if i want to FUCKIN sleep dammit. been wakin up early at 9am this whole week and the first day when I think i can get some sleep fuckin all this BS.

Ungh. I'm so bored rrrrrrrite now, called up Guy just minutes ago he not answerin' prolly sleepin' or sumtin. Wanted to run with him today 3 mile...sigh.

Can't wait to get outta the house today.

Alien Vs. Predator

Hooah! got back just now from the theater. It was me, guy, bill, jim, alex, brandon and tom. Tom, Brandon & Alex all got there a bit earlier cuz I asked them to, and got us some nice seats all the way in the back. We got there at about 9:35 or so, the movie didn't start til 9:45 (+ previews) btw Jim drove on his car, really fast. The movie was entertaining, and decent...it didn't have the same grittiness and atmosphere as an Alien or a Predator movies. It feltvery different, the music was different, the visual style was different. It being a PG-13 movie really cut down on all the fun (scaryness, suspense) most kills were off screen which sucked. The acting wasn't the best, most times it was cheesy. There were stupid moments, one which is when the lead character, the girl talks to a predator - bah hambug! some very great VFX though, the Predator costume designs where pretty awesome. My favorite being the "Celtic Predator" then the third one was pretty tight looking, second (which last til the end of the movie) was pretty sweet as well. The running time was short though, and most time of the movie there's too much talking. I wanted more action.

It's a decent movie, don't go expecting a masterpiece sci-fi.

Now, today was pretty coool, cuz I ran 3 miles which I'm proud of. We then were suppose to go wakeboarding but that didn't work so :-/

it was a fun day for me, i'm a bit disappointed that I'm not doing anything else tonight after a movie..dang it, but tomorrow we'll watch Hellboy at Tom's house, I really hope.

Alright, I'm OuTie

American Wedding

Hehe, just saw this puppy on Cinemax and I gotta say. It rocks. I liked it a lot. I thought it was a worthy sequel - funny jokes (i laughed a lot). Stiffler stole this movie I think, he rox so much. Thanks to Sean William Scott who made it happen. Hooah!

Nothing much for news though. As usual went to cap'ns practice and I ran a lot today, 2.5+ miles which was nice..more than what I usually run. I think having other people run with me gives me the passion to keep going and thats what happened today. I'm proud. Tomorrow whatever we're doing I'ma try and do my best.

Looks like there was no movie at Tom's house tonight, i never bothered to call and see what's up anyways. Not mad or anything, cuz I understand that his mom probably doesn't like him having people over the next day.

I really wanna see Hellboy though!!

"Where mah pie!"

LOL. This was a fun night. I just got back from Tom's house, we watched Kill Bill Vol. 2. We were suppose to be in the hot tub - but didn't do it. Tom called me around 9pm and told me to get my swimming suit on cuz we be hot tubbin', but first...we went to Movie Gallery and rented "Kill Bill Vol. 2" and "Hellboy" (which we'll be watching tomor...I mean today, at night 10pm-ish) So yeah we got the movies and got to Tom's place where there were Tina and Steph (dont really know em in person) Stephanie left quickly, but Tina hung out for a little bit then she went. I played two games of Star Craft, and Alex with Josh tried to scare me behind me while I was playing but..HAHA IT DIDNT WORKEDD!!! lol. Yeah I finished kickin' ass on SC and we then popped in KB: Vol. 2 which was a good movie. While watching the movie we cracked a lot of jokes and overall had a great time. The highlight being when towards the end Axel & myself started fighting (aka having gay sex) then Tom got his dog in there LOL which was funny as hell. I love these fuckers.

Ax, u know I luv u. and Tommy also. and JOSH u foo' lol.

Lol Tom & Biology class two years ago. "Nnnnyyaaahhhhhh"

can't wait to watch Hellboy wooohoo!!

Now whea' mah Pieh!!!

CC

Aight, well today was kinda neat. I went to the captain's practice again and we did the warm up and stretching then went running for 2 miles, but I only ran 1 mile straight, but back was harder I walked most of the way. Towards the end I sprint though. It sucked, I was all red in the face cuz my blood went up to my head or whatever, all hot. But it was cold outside so that helped. Anyways, we went down to the gym a lil bit and then went to Ben M.'s grandparents house, he showed us the wakeboard and the boat. Then we went to Tom's house and hung out in there, I showed them "Batman: Dead End" and 'Grayson' short fan films (both comic books) watched some TV and at like 1:30 Tom's mom got home and we had to leave. I had a good time though, already made a new friend so that's cool.

Tomorrow more practice, I'm diggin this, hard but so good.

Radio

just got done with "Radio" starring Ed Harris and Cuba Gooding Jr. I really liked it, based on the true story. The movie's a nice heart-warming tale, really 'feel-good' material I'd say, but has it's sad moments. I suggest it to anyone.

Today also, I woke up at 9am, took a quick shower and at 9:30 Tom came to pick me up. We got to school and had a CC practice. Running was a bitch, felt so exhausted - but coach Humbert told me to take it slow since I only am a beginner. Tomorrow I'm going again.

Collateral

Hey to all you night people, sittin there at your comp this late =)

Just got back from the movie theater, saw Collateral with Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx. I liked it a lot. Pretty good. What made this movie stand out, at least for me and I'm sure for many others is how it was shot in digital video (DV). So, it was like watching something anyone could have filmed. It just looked very different and felt more realistic to me. Michael Mann, the director of another crime thriller Heat (1996) comes back with another thriller. Also set in L.A. both actors, Tom Cruise (Vincent) and Jamie Foxx (Max) deliver great performances, very natural and believable. The story is about a cab driver who picks up a man named Vincent. He says he's a Real Estate person and has to make 5 stops for some business, but when a man falls off a building onto Max's cab, the truth is revealed about Vincent. Yup, that's right folks - he's a contract killer. So, Max is made to drive Vincent to the rest 4 stops where he makes all his kills. Damn this movie is neat. I really liked how Michael Mann chose to shoot the movie in Digital - it's just so cool. The feeling you get, urban realism. His directing is very neat and I'm not the only one who will say this. He kept me interested in every scene...all the angles, cinematography, MUSIC! (really neat score by James Newton Howard) all felt right for this, and the fact that all this takes place in one night. I liked it very much and I would suggest it to people who seek for some suspense or stylish directing, or the good performances. It all has it in there.

I'd give this an 8/10. One scene, I couldn't hear the dialogue cuz it was too quiet and I didn't understand what the scene was about. (Jazz club scene)

Pretty good flick. Can't wait for Alien Vs. Predator coming next week!!!! Wooo, then we'll go eat after that at Perkin's prolly.

Star Craft

Dang! Early this morning 12-ish, my online SC playin' friend messaged me and I got a feeling to go play Star Craft, after some 3 months. When I checked "last game played" was on 4.29.04 APRIL lol, yeah the month when I was on "Resident Evil: Raccoon City" playing spree on Star Craft - such addictive mod.

I'll be playin' Counter Strike now haha Wooooo!

Great Time

Sssssssssuuuuuup ya'll!!!! Iggs here with another entry. What I did today: - Today, my mom woke me up at 1pm...LOL, I totally forgot about the physical appointment I had. I quickly ate, a hot-dog and we went to Ridgeview Clinic. Got my balls fondled haha. So when I get back. Call of Duty is already finished downloading so I installed it on the other comp and it worked - had a few problems starting the game, but I fixed it. ANyways, Bill came to pick me up at about 9 and we went to Axel's hawz which was fun, cause we watched "The Butterfly Effect" his girl had to leave early cuz her mom probably wanted her home - but I donno what the deal wuz. So, the movie is damn good! Ashton Kutcher's acting was really great. "What th' fuck is this!??" haha had me laughing. I donno, I tthink at like 11:30 we leave to go to Denny's - but I didn't have money cuz I wasn't planning to go anywhere just Axel's hawz. I got some "Big Bird" sandwich which was delicious. We sat in the smokin area cuz it had a better table in there, much bigger. Alex payed for me I think. This was a pretty fun night, I'm glad we did all that. Today Bill & I, and hopefully Jim & Guy will go see "Collateral" which I'm looking forward to. Bill, thanks for the Hybrid CD, and for lending me "The Butterfly Effect" I'll be re-watching that with Guy today. I'll burn Frou Frou's "Details" album for you.

Feelin' good!

Hmm

Few updates. Today I woke up at 12pm and I ate fried eggz & bagel with philly cream cheese. Sooo good. I watched some tv, I surfed some net...then Tom called at like 2:45, and told me he's coming over. I called my mom to check if we're doing my physical today - she said no. So, when TOm came I showed him my house and he liked it. We went to some place with lotsa gravel and Tom showed me what a 'shitty' looks like...that was fun! then we got to hs house, noone was there. So, we went to some auto body shop past the middle school. He got some tag replaced. We got back, and there was his cousin and 4 kids I don't know of, 2 are from Florida. So we tubed, for a while, then wakeboarded, then we went on another boat, wakeboarded there (I didn't wakeboard) at about 7, we got in the house and ate some good food Tom's mom made. We went down, and I played some games (Ghost Recon, Wrestlemania X8, and Rogue Squadron II) then Chris & Bob came in (I don't know the reason). Then they left. Tom took me home at 10:30pm

And now, Im feeling kinda tired, headache, not good. My ears feel hot, must be the sun.

Tomorrow we suppose to do something with Bill, which I'm looking forward to.

-0- : listening to Sasha & James Zabiela on Annie Nightingale show. Good mixxxx - but I feel down...don't know why.

Warning

Ok, now this was fuckin' gay. I leave the school tennis courts with my mom, and then we start having a conversation about how my mom takes all the humor so seriousely with me. So I get mad at that shit, and dont realize i'm goin 43 on 30. So i get fuckin' pulled over for the first time. So fuckin' gay. I'm never gonna drive with my mom together again, it seems that every time I'm behind the wheel she always criticizes my driving, and it makes me really mad. I know she cares for me - but she needs to lighten up!

The Village

I just got back home from Plymouth, we went to the 9:55 show. Well, first thing, I already knew the twist (I asked for it). So watching the movie with knowing the twist - wasn't that interesting. The movie is fair, certainly isn't Shyamalan's best work - The Sixth Sense will remain his best. There should've been more creature scenes. It did look fucked up! There was a lot of talking scenes but hey, it's a movie, it has a story, dialogue matters. Can't complain there, but M. Night could've at least spiced it up somehow, he's the genius and all! Some great acting, Bryce Howard, did wonderful. Joaquin was great. The movie's pretty okay-ish. I can understand why it gets bad reviews though. Overall 6/10 rating.
