Respeck' from Virginia!!!

Hoooeee. Well, the road trip is over. Got to Virginia today at about 2 p.m. It was a long trip. Started out Friday afternoon, covered Wisconsin and half of Illinois. We spent a night in Holiday Inn in the suburbs of Chicago. It was nice, they had a restaurant right inside the hotel..called "Bistro" I got some nice Jambalaya pasta, shrimp and sausage..nice 'n creamy. LOL.

Saturday mornin' we woke up and around 9am we drove down to downtown Chicago..looked around there, it was frickin cool. Then we resumed driving. I drove through almost all of Indiana all into Ohio..then i switched with my stepdad. We drove to Pittsburgh, PA and had a dinner there at Panera Bread..mm I love that frickin place. Jenny from Blue Earth called while I ate, but I let it slide..she left a message saying she needs to talk to me about a few things, nothing important though..I called her the same night when I got to the hotel..she didn't pick up. I did write an email to her today.

So, we woke up today around 9am..drove down to Pittsburgh downtown..pretty nice place. I got some pics from the cameraphone. I'll figure out how to upload that shite.

Pennsylvania's a nice stay I must say. Definitely stands out from Indiana, and Ohio - even though Ohio was a clean state. But..PA's pretty good looking state because of its' beautiful landscape. The Mountains and the trees on em. Looked good! especially at night! I liked it.

Maryland's a clean state as well, got mountains as too.

We got to DC area around 1:30pm (Eastern time of course, der) We got the hotel room..same one we were in during the first week of school when I came to visit my stepdad here..only in my mind we got better room. This one's on the front side. 6th floor..room 610..overlooking the city of Springfield. Really cool, I could live here instead of the townhouse we bought..even though that townhouse is pretty neat..

speaking of our townhouse. Around 3pm we went to Woodbridge, VA about 30 minutes away from Springfield..it's a nice area as well..but I donno - It must've been the day or something but I just felt different about it. I do know why I felt a tiny depressed bout the location. It's kind of far from school and it makes me think how am I ever gonna do shit with friends I make in my new school if I live so far away..plus, the whole fact that I'm in a new state, new place, everything is new to me. It just isn't the same. But I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Virginia's a nice place. Woodbridge is not bad either it just takes getting used to it all..i still kind of prefer Springfield, it's closer to DC and it looks nice too.

I don't feel TOO depressed right this moment, cuz since getting in this hotel room. I got to chat to Liz and Bill, Jenny from Waconia, and now to Neusch...plus Im listenin to some BADASS progressive house right about now on Radio One...dang music can really make u forget about all the depressing stuff and make u happy.

Iggzy w/ his new life...OUTIE
