Just saw this moments ago, this looks to be the best Jet Li movie. I've heard about it because one of my favorite bands Massive Attack has done the soundtrack for it..but now I see the trailer..phew. This looks like good movie. Jet Li seems to be puttin some affort into his acting.

I am not going to miss this movie in theaters! I'm so excited just thinking about it!

lol, as soon as I got out of the shower, because I went straight to it after I got back from the hair salon...I was really happy with the way the hair turned out. When they're wet, they's so hawt. We will see how they they look when they're dry. It's really stylish, I feel like a weight off of my shoulders. The hair are stylish. A guy named James did it for me, basically I got them layered. It looks good. I'll be coming back to that man to get my future cuts.

i saw this on hbo, today, well last night 1/30. I liked it - it's so funny. I haven't laughed this much since Anchorman's dog kick. The scene in the jungle where The Rock is getting ownt by the "little people" is too much hilarity. Also the scene when they eat those exotic fruits that paralyze them and the monkeys come back..hooah, thats funny.

tomorrow is the first day of the finals exams, we'll have the whole day for Government test, then on Wednesday, we'll have two exams for two diff classes, same for Thursday, and Friday. To be honest, I feel so lazy, I tried doing my government study guide sheet last night. There's like 50 questions, and I just dont feel motivated. I've done some today, I have more to do to finish this by tomorrow to get points.

I hate the finals. annoying, but the great thing is when ur finished with 'em..u dont have to do anymore. Just about 5 months left till I'm done with my high school career, to be honest one mo' again.. <---how petey pablo sez it, yeah I'm 'hip' now...I don't really care for this new high school so it won't be hard for me after, if this was mwhs, It would be harder to graduate I bet..but u know I have bout 5 months left to make friends so I could get teary eyed on my graduation, and those kind of nights are always emotional..I remember the class of '04 graduated Guy's year..I went to it for the first time. It was pretty cool to see, I was kinda emotional that day.

Umm, I'm excited for College though, at least it won't feel like a jail..waking up 6:30 all the time, gah..screw that. A bit more freedom. I know it's going to be challenging, but not if u do ur work and study hard which is exactly what Ima do, U cant slack off in college, and I wont.

Now the only question is, which college?

Haha, Alex didn't react all hyped when David Fincher was in talks to direct a movie about the Zodiac killer, but maybe now he will be?

dang, this looks good. I just saw it pop up on JoBlo's news section, looks like they haven't done any promotion for it yet, but I'm one of the firsts to see the trailer along with many others who have already checked it out.

Returning to the genre that catapulted him to A-list status, David Fincher is in negotiations to direct ZODIAC, based on the notorious Zodiac killer. Paramount and Warner Bros. will co-finance the film that will follow the obsessive efforts of three individuals trying to catch the elusive serial killer and the strain it took on their personal lives. While WB will take the lead on producing the film, Paramount would distribute stateside. The Zodiac killer is one of the most infamous serial killers in part because of the brutal nature of the crimes and the fact that he was never captured. Part of the fascination with the Zodiac killer was the frequent letters he sent to local Bay area newspapers. One letter wrote, "ONLY ONE THING WAS ON MY MIND. MAKING HER PAY FOR ALL THE BRUSH OFFS THAT SHE HAD GIVEN ME DURING THE YEARS PRIOR. SHE DIED HARD. SHE SQUIRMED AND SHOOK AS I CHOCKED HER, AND HER LIPS TWICHED. SHE LET OUT A SCREAM ONCE AND I KICKED HER IN THE HEAD TO SHUT HER UP. I PLUNGED THE KNIFE INTO HER AND IT BROKE. I THEN FINISHED THE JOB BY CUTTING HER THROAT. I AM NOT SICK. I AM INSANE. BUT THAT WILL NOT STOP THE GAME." A morbid subject yes, but right up the alley of the man who revitalized the serial killer film and brought us the modern classic SEVEN. Fincher, WB and Paramount were working on an adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON but could not agree on a budget when it soared over $150 million. (Can you imagine what Fincher could do with $150 million?!) No telling yet when filming could begin on the project. Fincher's last film was 2002's PANIC ROOM.


This is great news, it just entered my Most Anticipated list along the others such as Batman Begins (2005), Battle Angel (2007) (James Cameron's comeback to sci-fi).

This is going to be like a sequel to Se7en! or as I like to call it "8ight" hooah. Only this is based on true story.

It comes on at 2:38 minutes into the mix, mid eastern female vocals, and a really dark bassline, that goes for a little, then it kind of stops...and takes you to this surreal, futuristic...time, is how I put it when the bassline is gone and the synths act as a focal point and you hear some crazy crazy breakbeat going on at 6th minute. Dang, this is so cool. This track is going to be on Phil K's new breaks compilation "Y4K"

Oh dude, this is so fukn cool!

So, I give my friend V-Unit from Bloom. a call last night and he tells me something. "Hey have you ever heard of an MTV show called "MADE" so I say to him, "Of course I do, I just watched two episodes of it on MTV just an hour ago"

Well, it turns out to be...a teacher from Kennedy High submitted an invitation to MTV to have the "MADE" crew come down to Minnesota, to Kennedy...and they are having students sign up tomorrow (Tuesday) if they want to be on the show..whoever makes the cut (only one person) they will make that person's wish come true.

man, Veldan lives like a street from Kennedy, I once was going to attend it before I moved to Mound...and I always drive by it to go to his house. I was probably even more excited that him when I heard about it.

He's never heard of it so he did some research on MTV, since he doesn't want to be "MADE" I told him "Well, you can just do like a 5 second blurb when they ask you a question about "what do you think of this guy/girl"

So he agreed, I can't wait to see this on TV, nothing this cool happens in MN so this is like an honor. I'm glad about this. It's awesome

I can't wait to watch it, 1 or 3 months away from now. This is gonna ROCK.
