Spring Break. Day # 1.
What a nice way to start a spring break.
I woke up early today once again. About 10:30am, this is good. Ate my breakfast which consisted of some eggs & melted cheese, and chicken. Yeah, lol..kinda heavy for a breakfast eh?
At 11:30'ish Alex + P. picked me up, so we drove down to the HS. It was nice an breezy outside..perfect day for a run. Yeah, I didn't mention what it was right. I went to a track practice. about 20+ people showed up, we warmed up, two laps around the track..I still had it. ;-) Then we did stretching..and that took longer than the ones we did when I was in >>-C-C-> It was good stuff, we then ran for one mile, I was really surprised. I thought, since I haven't ran in so long, about 6 months now, I wouldnt be able to. I did get MILD cramps but I was doing good. It's amazing how CC had kept me in shape even after 6 months of not doing any running.
I'm really glad, so tomorrow I'm going again, track is great.
