Spring Break. Days #2 & #3
Tuesday #2.
Tuesday was my second time going to the track practice with Alex and Pascal.....we were like by like 15 mins. Ran 2 laps, and then we had like a 40 minute "distance" run. I chose to go with Alex, but he went with a group that ran faster..but he didn't tell us about that. So about 10 minutes in I had to stop..and walk..it was really bad. It was a tad warm outside. I walked the rest of the way all the way back to the track. It blew. I can do better than that, but you know not runnin' for 6 months does that do ya.
practice was over, but Pascal nowhere near in sight. So we went looking for him in the car. Spent a good 20 mins or so! then guess what, we come back there he is, and he told us he went runnin with some guy for 1 hour...tsk tsk.
So yeah, we went home..and that was it. I dont remember much of what I was doing home.
Wednesday #3.
Wed. Alex called me early and told there was no practice, cuz it rained..so that was obvious. So what we did, instead at 7pm we went to the gym. me & alex, and another of his friends..we lifted there, and went to the pool, there we swam for a couple mins and went to the jacuzzi. Relaxing, but I hate public pools, yeah..its chlorine..and you smell after that. I hate it.
So we went back at 10pm and Alex wanted to hang at my house a bit. It was aight. all We did was watch fkn tV, 100 Scariest movie moments.
He left like 12ish.

Hey man! glad to hear you're doing track!! that's great.. I've been doin it too but for a bit longer hehe.. well I just got back in town, I was out in Cali.. last few days.. but ttyl iggzy
