The Day After

Today was the day after graduation. I don't know if it still has hit me just YET that I'm out of high school - but I know that it was an exciting day yesterday.

I was staying up later last night (this morning) I started watching Collateral on HBO, and I watched til the part where Vincent is on his last victim. My eyes were automatically shutting down baby. I went to sleep around 1:30am or somewhere around there.

I woke up EARLY though, at 9am - I don't know why, I guess I am not used to the early awakenings. It's alright though, saves a day for me. Makes the thing last longer.

I watched a little bit of Men In Black as I woke up, until the end of it. Great movie. Always fun. Sequel blew. I played some Counter-Strike: Source, then helped vaccuum the downstairs. Then I just spent a lot of time upstairs on my computer. I don't know - I think I'm addicted to being on a computer too much, I now barely watch TV! I feel like a loser now. Complain complain complain!!

Buuut, the good thing is, school's over I have now time to do some pre-production work on my short 8 minute film "Valediction" I will start storyboarding the scenes and scouting for locations, I need actors too ! I have a few friends who would probably be my leads, what can ya do if you cant find anybody elese!? you hire your friends =D

-- [ I was looking through the pictures my mom took during graduation and SURPRISINGLY!!! my mom actually took a picture of the girl I like, the one in my government class. That's awesome.

Here it is.

She's the one before the african guy. She's 50% Filipino mixed with 50% White. She's cuuute yo!

Colleteral was a pretty good movie. I only gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars though. Tom Cruise played an amazing part, but there was something about the movie that bothered me. I think it was the fact that his character showed no emotion in the film (seeing he was a hitman). I guess that's what a lot people found so interesting about it. I absolutly hate Counter-Strike. The game used to be fun about five years back when I used to play between 2000 and 2001 (loacally I used to play at this LAN a city over from me fun times on the few occasions I went). I also used to play with a few friends on a small server in Ohio with this really cool kid I met once. After it became more commercialized I lost interest and never looked back. A few kids I know still play it though. My favorite mod, which hasn't been in active development in a few years was The Opera. The original release had the potential to go pretty far it was an excellent first person shooter. The detail in comparison to real Hong Kong Blood Operas was amazing! maybe someday the guys who worked on the mod at Redeemedsoft will pick up development again! that would be great (I wouldn't hesistate to play again). Congrads! on graduating. You know if you ever decide to come to college up here in Boston someday or come for a visit I can show you around, whenever you decide to go back to school (if you do). Well keep in touch, take care now. -HotshotGG
