WAR OF THE WORLDS

Saw it. 7:50pm show. my thoughts are...the movie's GREAT it really was amazing in terms of how REALISTIC it felt. The whole "centered around one family" scenario REALLY worked. suspense was up the ass, good stuff

and that whole one take of spinning cam around the car was just speechless. The thing I noticed is how moody everything was. You didnt look at the sky and see the sun and puffy clouds. The realism was definitely present. The use of handheld/steadi cams were very well on the spot in this concept.

did not have a problem with the ending at all, it all makes sense. See for yourself.

Spielberg should just make a summer flick yearly, that would please everyone.

July 1, 2005

Dang!@.

Well today is when I got back from Florida babey. From a niiiiiiiiiiiiiice long weekend of VACATION. Oh how beautiful it is to just get away from your house and enjoy some ocean and the air outside. That was the nicest time I've had this summer so far.

Folks.

Got back home today at 7am. Man, felt tired - though yours truly didn't go to sleepy, no. no. I stuck around the net THE WHOLE day, until about 2 or 3pm is when I finally just hit the nap sack. Woke up at 7:30-ish PM by a call from Walter. We planned to go see Land of the Dead. Here's the thing though, planned at 8:10pm showing, I wait and wait, and he's not showing up. I call him up, see whats up. He now wants to go to 10:40pm show, I wait til around 10 and call and call and call..and no one is answering the phone.

So yeah, it's not the first time when a plan to catch a flick went doo-doo. *Alex likes that word* ;-) DOOO DOOOOOOO, Dooofus. DOOFY, DOO DOOoo. ;-]

Now I'm here, and it's JULY 1st. New are, the REAL Domino Harvey died on Monday, unspecified causes. Sadly. Batman Begins Domestic Total as of Jun. 29, 2005: $132,823,668 and Worldwide it's $217,423,668 which is MORE than enough to guarantee a sequel greenlight from WB.

I just want to say though, that I can't believe It's been a year and a month since I started this thing. Hopefully I dont lose interest in posting on here. It would be nice to someday created a website, where I can just start some crazed fanbase for something..I'd like Batman, but Jett from BOF already has that title. ! One day though, something, I'll create..

I love Ferris Bueller's Day Off, he's my Heeeeero (^-^)

"Big City now now! woooh hoo hoooo, big, big, big cityeeeeeeee"

I would like to soon see Christopher Nolan's second feature film "Memento"

P.S.
I saw BB once again for the 3rd time when I was @ Universal Studios. It is one astounding film, that contains the best ending to a comic book film, and film in general, EVER.

Gordon: "I never said thank you"

Batman: "...and you'll never have to"

(jumps off rooftop, and glides into the night)
